This design was created as a custom for a client.
I worked with her requests for an all black prom dress. She wanted a sheer blouson sleeve, a low cut front neckline, and a full tulle skirt. The back eyelet design was incorporated for fit purposes to allow for adjusting through the bodice since there was no actual fitting.
